First Quality Youth Initiatives Summit 2009 : was organized from 3rd to 8th August in Mauritius by Mauritian Society for Quality Control Circle. Ryan International School, Rohini and Vasant Kunj, Delhi, India led by Ms. Seema Sahay, Principal, Ryan International School, Rohini and Ms. Vandana Sharma of Ryan International School, Vasant Kunj participated in the Public Speaking Contest as to whether 'QUALITY MAKES AN INDIVIDUAL LOYAL AND RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS' and 'NEEDS AND ASPIRATIONS OF THE YOUTH'. Also, students gave their case study presentation on 'Anger Management' and 'Integration of Weaker Section in the Main Stream Education'.

The delegation met the Mauritian President, Hon'ble Shri Aneerood Jugnauth and first lady Smt. Sarojiny Jugnauth and had a chance to interact with the speaker in the state assembly.

In the cultural bonanza, Ryan Rohini won accolades and overall Champions Trophy was bagged by Ryan International School, Vasant Kunj.
