Ryan group’s Senior Executive Team represented in a workshop conducted by United Kingdom India Business Council (UKIBC)

Mr. Francis Joseph, Executive Head (Strategy) today led the Ryan International and Ryan Global Schools team in a workshop “Exploring the next Generation of Entrepreneurship in India” based on the theme “Education, Employment and Entrepreneurship ” conducted by the United Kingdom India Business Council (UKIBC) in Mumbai on 9th February 2010.

Mr. Francis presented the esteemed delegates on “The Emergence of Intrapreneurs in K12 Indian Schools” highlighting on how empowerment by the Management is encouraging their team to be effective “Intrapraneurs” within the organization. This presentation was an eye-opener to many of the attendees who were very appreciative of this concept being nurtured among the Ryan Group’s Senior Executive team.

Mr. Peter Beckingham, the UK High commissioner to India delivered the keynote address during the workshop. The delegates included senior decision makers from Academia, business, government representatives/policy makers, researchers and students from different International & Indian Universities.
